Chris Johnson is the President of the company, following his retirement as a managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cayman Islands, a position which he undertook for some thirty-one years. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and twice served as President of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, a body of which he is a founding member.   He is the former chairman and current member of the insolvency committee of the society.   In addition he is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Chris has specialized, in the past twenty years in insolvency and forensic engagements, in the financial sector and in particular he has acted as Official Liquidator of numerous banks, trust companies, insurance companies and more mutual finds and investment companies.

His experience extends to many jurisdictions though asset tracing engagements and he is well qualified to use his expertise, particularly in the field of finance.   Chris is very much a hands on person and his skeptical stance had been justified on many occasions in identifying fraud.   He is constantly working with international law firms on cross border issues, and regulatory authorities including the Securities Exchange Commission, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Treasury Department, Department of Justice, Serious Fraud Office (U.K.) Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
